This information is used solely to process and fulfil your order, contact you regarding your order, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to process payments, complete delivery services, or comply with legal obligations. All personal data is handled securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.


Customers may choose Click & Collect or Local Delivery at checkout. Click & Collect       •     All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.       •     Collection times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.       •     Orders must be collected during store opening hours.       •     Customers should bring their order confirmation when collecting.       •     Orders not collected on the agreed day may be disposed of for food safety reasons and no refund will be issued.       •     We are not responsible for delays caused by late arrival or collection outside opening hours. Local Delivery       •     Local delivery is available within selected nearby postcodes only.       •     All delivery orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.       •     Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.       •     Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details, no response at the address, or unsafe delivery conditions. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.


Orders can be cancelled upon request; however, customers must ring the shop directly to request cancellation. Cancellations via email, social media, or messaging platforms will not be accepted. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation. To cancel an order, please call: 01924 359300. Due to the nature of food and perishable goods, all online orders are non-refundable once prepared. Refunds or replacements may be considered if incorrect items are supplied, items are missing, or items are damaged or unfit for consumption. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable.
